We’re partnering with an innovative technology company that’s building advanced hardware-enabled solutions and looking for a technical solutions professional to work closely with OEM customers and internal teams. The products/technologies have a range of use cases, but the medical space is the primary initial target.
This role is highly collaborative and consultative. You’ll partner directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical needs, help define requirements, and support solution development and evaluation. Internally, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to translate customer use cases into clear technical inputs and actionable next steps.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and use cases
Support technical discussions, evaluations, pilots, and early deployments
Act as the bridge between customers and internal engineering/product teams
Help document requirements and feedback to guide product and solution development
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions are practical, aligned, and well-executed
Required Skills & Qualifications
A technical background with strong communication skills
Experience working directly with customers in a technical or solution-oriented role
Comfort collaborating with engineering and product teams
Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and desire to grow with an early-stage company
Med-tech industry experience is a bonus
