Job Responsibilities

Schedule discovery calls for Enterprise and Inside Sales teams.

Build relationships with large financial institutions (e.g., banks and credit unions).

Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects.

Gather key account information and identify decision-makers within target organizations.

Identify strategic prospects to drive territory growth.

Align customer challenges with targeted campaigns and events to generate engagement.

Meet daily activity goals (50 calls, 50 emails, and 4 scheduled meetings per week).

Provide feedback on improving sales development processes.

Acquire deep knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market trends.

Utilize sales prospecting tools and manage CRM data (Salesforce Lightning and High Velocity Sales).

Follow best practices and sales techniques provided by management.

Travel up to 15% for company events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience engaging C-level and executive leadership is a plus.

Skills: High energy, creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tools: Proficiency in standard productivity tools and CRM systems.
