We are seeking someone with a strong DevOps foundation for a direct-hire opportunity at a company in the Austin area. This role will focus on improving CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, deployment reliability, and overall platform scalability.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in Azure and/or AWS environments
• Support containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker/Kubernetes
• Improve system observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response processes
• Partner closely with software, firmware, QA, and product engineering teams
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar tools
• Drive reliability, scalability, and security best practices across the platform
• Support DevOps process improvements in Agile/Scrum development environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience supporting cloud-native SaaS or IoT platforms
• Strong DevOps/SRE engineering background
• CI/CD tooling experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Infrastructure automation and scripting experience
• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
