Job Responsibilities
- Search and find talented professionals who become your new "best friends" via text, phone, or in-person meetings
- Utilize multiple systems that capture critical candidate information which enables you to grow your network quickly.
- Sell candidates on why their next career change is going to really improve their current quality of life.
- Socialize with business leaders through golf, hunting, fishing, sporting events, or happy hours to learn new common similarities to shape new business outcomes.
- Manage multiple relationships that drive toward successful outcomes for clients AND candidates.
- Create Social Media messaging through videos, blogs, and other content allows you to show your creative side.

Required Skills & Qualifications
