As a Mail Operations Specialist, you will be processing incoming mail, mail distribution, and processing outgoing mail to customers. Processing mail will include using mail-stuffing machines and stamping equipment. You may also assist in resolving customer challenges through all of the necessary administrative assistant, back-office, and clerical types of responsibilities. You may have some direct communication via email with customers following up on financial documents. You will work closely with the Customer Success team and leadership by providing feedback and developing ideas for improvement. Activities and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure top customer satisfaction by handling all administrative assistant, back-office, and clerical needs by resolving issues and finding quick, viable solutions for tasks such as mail processing, check to print, check reconciliation, paper document handling, supply procurement, and other tasks as assigned.
- Turn distressed customers/situations into opportunities to delight our customers through exceptional back-office handling and communication skills with a positive attitude
