We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to work as an Account Manager at a quickly growing organization that helps improve access to healthcare.  In this role, you will support the account executive while working directly with clients. Responsibilities

* Work closely with brokers as well as client organizations to cultivate relationships to help grow support for company’s product offering  * Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, broker account team members and the company  * Manages account plans aimed at improving retention and revenue growth  * Ensures client service team `understanding of client needs, service delivery methods and the economic framework relevant to services delivered  * Supports the renewal process and manages assigned resources to implement the client-specific renewal strategy  * Actively supports client penetration and new business efforts  * Serves as a resource of industry, product and market expertise to internal and external clients  * Follow-up on invoicing and receivables processes for assigned clients to ensure timely collection  * Might include travel (less than 10%)

Required Skills

* 3+ years of experience working as an account manager/client specialist in the insurance industry (TPA, Agency, Insurance Carrier, etc.) * Good communication and presentation skills  * Ability to be creative in outreach and client relationship development * Bachelors degree or years of experience can be substituted for a degree * Texas Health and Life License or ability to attain once you join the company Bonus if you have the following experience * Bilingual in Spanish   * Strong background/knowledge in employee benefits space
