Our client is a growing enterprise software company that is seeking a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead a large-scale finance and ERP modernization initiative. This role will drive execution across a multi-year transformation focused on improving operational scalability, simplifying business processes, and enabling a transition to a modern cloud-based ERP environment.
This position operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology and is ideal for someone who excels at leading complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Transformation Execution
- Drive execution of a large-scale business transformation initiative tied to ERP modernization
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and workstreams
- Help prepare the organization for scalable operations through process and systems improvements
Manage Cross-Functional Programs
- Coordinate efforts across Finance, IT, Operations, Product, and other business teams
- Oversee interconnected initiatives including process redesign, data simplification, reporting enhancements, and organizational readiness
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and leadership teams
Bridge Business & Technology
- Partner with business leaders to define requirements and priorities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational goals
- Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders
Program Governance & Delivery
- Establish governance structures, reporting cadences, and executive updates
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Drive accountability and execution across workstreams
Support Organizational Change
- Help drive adoption of new processes and systems
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities
- Promote alignment and clarity during periods of transformation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years leading enterprise transformation or strategic program initiatives
- Experience managing large, cross-functional business programs
- Background working across both business and technology organizations
- ERP transformation or modernization experience strongly preferred
- Strong program and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to structure and lead initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Experience with process improvement and operational transformation
- Comfortable working with technical teams without being deeply hands-on technically
