Job Responsibilities
- Lead a mix of IT and business projects from initiation to completion to deliver on schedule and within budget
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders to keep projects aligned with goals. Also provide status reports to stakeholders
- Prepare, oversee, and maintain project performance and schedules
- Perform quality control on projects
- Identify and resolve project issues and mitigate risk
- Create and manage long and short-term project plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with experience with working with IT Teams
- Strong experience in Agile methodology and ability to help teams with Agile transformation
- Prefer experience with Jira and/or Confluence
- Require strong communication and collaboration skills
- Solid attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Bonus if you have project management training or certifications
