Job Responsibilities

  • Work hands-on technically as a lead software engineer for the team
  • Mentor technical staff team members 
  • Work cross-functionally to support and provide engineering input for the product roadmap planning and then lead the development process
  • Evaluate and resolve technical challenges 
  • Identify and support improvements and innovation in technologies
  • Ensure product/code is being tested and work with the team to promptly address quality issues
  • Contribute to performance reviews 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience developing software in a Microsoft-stack environment 
  • 5+ years of experience as a solution architect, technical or team lead experience 
  • Experienced in Agile development and reinforcing best practices as well as leading Agile transformation
  • Prefer hands-on experience with Azure cloud development
  • 3+ years of experience with responsibility for technology direction, execution, and application support
  • 2+ years of experience with agile transformation
  • Proven experience architecting and building large scale distributed cloud systems in a hybrid private cloud and Azure cloud framework environment 
  • Proven experience utilizing SDLC tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops and CI/CD methodologies 
  • Applied experience developing on C# .NET using cloud design patterns
